I forgot to say to toss in a handful of cheddar in the polies. You definitely don't want to forget the cheese.
Agree with the greek pasta. I have a couple: my version (or actually my aunt Jan's) of Cordon-Bleu Chicken.
Line Crock Pot with bacon and then wrap 4 chicken breasts with bacon. Mix together 1 cream of mushroom soup with 1 8 oz. sour cream. Pour over. Turn Crock Pot on low. This is one of Kevin's favorites.
This is a sauce we put on those bacon-wrapped chopped sirloin steaks. In a saucepan put a whole container of Gorgonzola, a couple of tbs. of olive oil, about 1/4 cup of cream. On low heat, combine this and then pour over your steaks before you serve them.
Man, this is making me hungry. I am ready for some home-cooked meals!!

I really like Maple Bacon Plate from page 105 of the Chris Talburt Cook Book.
Take a package of bacon and fry it. When it is almost done add some maple syrup and brown sugar. Finish cooking. Put it on a plate and eat it.
